Redemption Conditions

We buy back your items complete and in good condition. You can visit the store from Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 7:30 pm. (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS).

The buyback terms are as follows: the amount given is in store credit. If you want CASH, this is possible with a 25% discount.

Adult/children's board games
Educational games
Children's books / Comics / Manga
Toys
Educational plush toys
Activity mats in good condition (not pilled)
Lunii still under warranty

We accept damaged/incomplete items as donations.

We do not buy back:

Simple plush toys
Electronic devices requiring a warranty
Baby care equipment
Decorations
Outdoor equipment (bicycles, scooters, strollers...)
Video games
Non-CE, Aliexpress, Temu, etc. toys

Depending on the crowd, we will take the time to give you an estimate on site and explain our process in more detail. If it cannot be done at that moment, you will receive an SMS with the estimate within the following days.
